Scope and accountability
This notice applies to CarServly’s website, customer and business portals, claim invitations, appointment hubs, payment workflow, and support experience. CarServly can be contacted at carservly@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice describes the platform’s current practices and does not replace rights that apply under local law.
Information we collect
We may process account identifiers, contact details, saved vehicles, favorites, search location, business profile information, owner-provided social links and media, booking requests, appointment messages, service addresses, payment plan and status, support messages, consent records, and technical security data such as timestamps and request metadata. Stripe handles complete card and bank credentials; CarServly receives limited transaction identifiers, amounts, and statuses needed to operate bookings, refunds, and payouts.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, show relevant providers, save customer preferences, operate listings, coordinate mobile or shop appointments, process checkout and refunds, release eligible provider payouts, send transactional communications, answer support questions, detect abuse, comply with law, and improve marketplace reliability. CarServly does not use support messages to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Address and location protection
CarServly does not publish the platform operator’s private residential address. A provider’s exact street address is public only when that provider intentionally enables public address display. Customer service addresses are not public and are shared only as needed with the selected provider for a mobile appointment. Shop addresses and final appointment locations appear inside the relevant booking experience after confirmation.
Automated and human support
CarServly’s instant concierge uses predefined help rules inside the application and does not send chat questions to an external AI model provider. It provides general information and cannot view private bookings, payment records, or account data. Visitors should not enter passwords, verification codes, card numbers, bank logins, government identifiers, or sensitive documents. Human-escalation details are sent to CarServly’s support inbox and the email address supplied by the requester.
Service providers and recipients
CarServly uses specialized providers to run the service, including Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments and connected-business payouts, Resend for transactional and support email, and Twilio when phone verification is enabled. Booking details are shared with the independent provider selected by the customer. These parties process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.
Public listings and private invitations
Owner-approved listing content—including the business name, general location, services, prices, hours, selected contact information, uploaded media, and social links—is public while the listing is active. Discovery records remain in a private operations pipeline and do not become searchable listings until an authorized business representative gives consent, signs in through the private claim link, and approves publication.
Retention and deletion
CarServly keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the marketplace purpose, security, accounting, dispute handling, legal obligations, and enforcement of agreements. Retention varies by record type. A deletion request may be limited where information must be preserved for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax or legal compliance, active disputes, or the rights of another person.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. California residents may also have rights concerning sale or sharing and sensitive personal information. CarServly does not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service. Requests can be submitted through human support or carservly@gmail.com and may require reasonable identity verification.
Security and international use
CarServly uses access controls, role separation, hosted authentication, encrypted network connections, payment-provider tokenization, and private-by-default invitation records. No online service can promise absolute security. Because CarServly is designed for worldwide use, information may be processed outside a visitor’s country; safeguards and rights depend on the service provider, transfer, and applicable law.
Children and changes
CarServly is not directed to children under 13. Business representatives and people entering payment agreements must have legal capacity or act through an authorized adult or legal entity. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by an updated date and, when required, an additional notice or consent request.
