Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, claiming or publishing a listing, requesting a booking, or using checkout, you agree to these terms and the notices presented in the relevant flow. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter the transaction. A person managing a business must be its owner or an authorized representative.
CarServly’s marketplace role
CarServly provides technology for discovery, comparison, booking coordination, communication, payment processing, and support. Providers are independent businesses—not CarServly employees, agents, or subcontractors—and remain responsible for their work, pricing, licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, safety, warranties, and representations. CarServly does not perform or supervise vehicle service.
Listings, invitations, and consent
Public research does not create a public listing. Invited businesses remain private until an authorized representative gives permission, uses the business-specific claim link, signs in, and approves publication. Providers must keep listing details accurate and may upload only media and social links they own or are authorized to use. CarServly may pause or remove inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, abandoned, or unlawful listings.
Requests and appointment confirmation
A request records the customer’s preferred service, vehicle, location, date, and time. Each provider separately confirms availability, scope, final appointment location, and schedule. Checkout does not guarantee that a provider will accept a request. Customers and providers should document changes and obtain approval before additional work begins.
Payment choices and marketplace fees
When online checkout is active, customers may be offered a 5% service deposit or full online payment. The current checkout screen controls the final price, marketplace fee, tax, cancellation option, and amount due. CarServly’s present pricing model adds a 2% customer booking fee and retains a 5% provider commission on the service amount. Payment methods depend on Stripe eligibility, country, currency, device, risk review, and account configuration.
Provider payouts
For full online payment, an eligible provider’s share is scheduled only after the customer confirms completed service. For a deposit booking, the remaining service balance is paid directly to the provider at service unless the parties agree otherwise. Verification, disputes, refunds, processor reserves, negative balances, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirements may delay, reverse, or prevent a payout.
Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
Standard online cancellation is available until 24 hours before service. The optional Flexible Booking feature extends online cancellation until 2 hours before service. Eligible service payments or deposits are returned through the original payment method; booking and flexibility fees may be nonrefundable where disclosed. Provider-caused cancellations, duplicate charges, suspected fraud, emergencies, partial performance, and disputed scope may require individual review.
Mobile and shop service
Mobile service means the provider travels to the customer-designated service location. The customer is responsible for lawful access, safe working space, and any property authorization. Shop service means the customer delivers the vehicle to the provider’s confirmed location. Neither party should publish or send unnecessary residential-address details outside the protected booking flow.
Accounts, messages, and support
Keep account access secure and promptly report suspected misuse. Appointment chat and email notices are part of the booking record and may be used to resolve disputes. Automated concierge answers provide general information, cannot access private records, and do not replace professional, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Account-specific or disputed matters should be escalated to human support.
Prohibited conduct
Do not impersonate another person or business; submit fake bookings or claims; manipulate prices, reviews, payments, or availability; scrape or resell marketplace data; upload unlawful or unauthorized content; bypass security or payment controls; harass users; misuse personal information; or use CarServly for illegal, deceptive, or unsafe activity.
Disputes and service concerns
Customers should first document the issue in the appointment hub and give the provider a reasonable opportunity to respond. CarServly may review account, booking, payment, and message records; request non-sensitive evidence; pause payouts; issue eligible refunds; or restrict accounts. Chargeback rights and non-waivable consumer protections remain available under applicable law.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
CarServly is provided on an as-available basis. Search rank, provider availability, estimated distance, pricing, translations, AI answers, and third-party information may be incomplete or change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarServly is not responsible for an independent provider’s acts, omissions, workmanship, property damage, personal injury, delay, or legal compliance. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Updates and contact
CarServly may update these terms as the marketplace, payment model, or law changes. Material updates will use an updated date and additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where legally permitted. Questions can be sent through human support or to carservly@gmail.com.
